Standard Features
- Inner Chamber and sterilizer cylinder made of SS316L & outer made of stainless Steel Ss304.
- Horizontal sliding (Single Lever).
- Built-in air compressor for pressure maintenance
- Keep stirring with a magnetic stirrer to ensure the medium is fully & evenly mixed & the temperature is uniform.
- The liquid program has an automatic control function for cooling back pressure.
- Throughout the process, the culture medium is fully mixed, heated, sterilized & cooled to the set portioning temperature.

- Single Lever locking Mechanism
- Uses steam under pressure (usually 121°C at 15 psi) to sterilize the media. Kills all microorganisms, including bacterial spores.
- Continuous stirring through a magnetic stirrer ensures full mixing of the medium and uniform temperature.
- Allows for accurate mixing of powdered media and water. Can be programmed to heat and maintain media at specific temperatures for specific durations.
- After sterilization, the unit cools the media to a pourable temperature (typically 45-50°C for agar).
- Suitable for preparing large batches of media, often 5-80 litters. Ensures homogeneity and consistency across all batches.
- Media sterilization temperature range: up to 134°C. Media dispense temp range: 40~80°C.
- Exchangeable media vessels & hence easy to clean and enables back to back preparation of different media.
- Inbuilt support pressure mechanism/system

- Peristaltic pump is for automatic dispensing of sterile culture media after preparation and sterilization which ensures no risk of cross-contamination.
